What if the agent gives a wrong answer?
It only answers from material you approve. When it isn’t sure, it says so and hands the conversation to a person. You see every conversation in your dashboard and can correct it in plain English.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We do the setup, integrations and testing. You spend about an hour total: one kickoff call and one review.
Is my customer data safe?
Your data is encrypted, stays yours, and is never used to train public AI models. You can export or delete it at any time.
Do I have to pay it all upfront?
No. Every app can be paid monthly or in one payment. Paying once is 12 months for the price of 10.
Are there additional costs?
Your proposal defines what is included. Hosting, maintenance, usage and additional integrations are scoped separately, and rates and spending limits are agreed before any charges.
Can I have an app and an agent?
